One of our main objectives at Obras Especiales is to satisfy our clients, which is why we want to give them one-on-one attention both throughout and after the construction process.

One of our main objectives at Obras Especiales is to satisfy our clients, which is why we want to give them one-on-one attention both throughout and after the construction process. To do this, we have an after-sales services designed to resolve any incident or complaint that may arise once the construction works are over.

The After-sales Department procedures are framed within the Obras Especiales Integrated Management System, audited by Bureau Veritas in accordance with the quality standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OSHAS 18001:2007. The construction process, its follow-up and monitoring comprise 4 phases.

Our work starts with the project analysis, followed by the works execution process, with particular emphasis placed on the final finishing phase, and ends with the delivery of the finished work. Our work does not end when the construction is finished. With our after-sales service and established methodology, we offer our clients an on-going service.
